Who and what this text applies to
ducatbet.win is an information site in Hungarian, Slovak and English that explains the general Dukat.bet bonus rules. These terms apply to every page of the site, including tables, model calculations and FAQ answers.
The site is for adult readers only. If you are under 18, please do not use it. Whether gambling is available to you and under what legal framework depends on the rules where you live; checking this is your responsibility.
Information, not an offer and not advice
Our texts are explanations. They are not an offer, financial or legal advice, or a promise that a bonus will work in your favour. There is no assured profit: deposited money can also run out during wagering.
Our model calculations often use made-up multipliers. These are always preceded by the label: Model with made-up numbers – Dukat.bet’s own terms may differ. Do not treat these numbers as the real data of an offer. We do not publish the specific parameters of the four offers (multiplier, minimum deposit, deadline, maximum win); check them in the specific offer’s terms.
Two sets of rules: the operator’s and ours
A common misunderstanding is that an explainer site is somehow part of the casino’s rules. It is not. The table below shows who is responsible for what.
| Question | Who governs it | Where to read it |
|---|---|---|
| Bonus crediting, wagering, deadline | Dukat.bet | Dukat.bet bonus and game rules |
| Maximum bet, game contribution | Dukat.bet | Dukat.bet general bonus terms |
| Account verification, withdrawal | Dukat.bet | Dukat.bet game rules |
| Bonus cancellation for abuse | Dukat.bet | Dukat.bet general bonus terms |
| Self-limitation, account closure | Dukat.bet | your player account settings and Dukat.bet rules |
| Content and accuracy of our explanations | ducatbet.win | this site and the about page |
| Use of the site, reuse of our content | ducatbet.win | these terms |
| Data processing on the site | ducatbet.win | the privacy notice |
For Dukat.bet itself, the operator’s own text prevails: Dukat.bet terms and conditions
A summary of the bonus points is on our general rules page.
If our summary and the official text differ
We quote the official Dukat.bet bonus page as of 8 October 2026. The operator may change its rules at any time and is not obliged to tell us. In case of any difference, the current official Dukat.bet text always prevails, not our explanation. If you notice a discrepancy, let us know at info@ducatbet.win.
What we cannot be held responsible for
We accept no liability for decisions made on the basis of our articles or for money lost in play. We are not responsible for Dukat.bet’s decisions, including crediting or cancelling bonuses or assessing withdrawal requests. The operator of any external site we link to is responsible for its content.
We aim to be accurate, but a sentence may become outdated or wrong. That is why we always ask you to check the official source before you activate a bonus.
Linking, copying and republishing
You are free to link to the site and to quote short passages, naming the source (ducatbet.win and the page title). Reproducing all or a substantial part of our texts, tables and model calculations, or using them commercially, requires our prior written permission. The Dukat.bet name and marks remain the property of their owner.
If we change this text
These terms can change, for instance when we reorganise the site. The version in force is always on this page, together with its update date. Send questions to info@ducatbet.win or by post to Námestie SNP 14, 811 06 Bratislava, Slovakia.
