The controller of this site is the operator of ducatbet.win, registered at Námestie SNP 14, 811 06 Bratislava, Slovakia. For data protection matters you can reach us at info@ducatbet.win; it helps to put ‘data protection’ in the subject line.
An important distinction: Dukat.bet is a separate provider with its own data processing. If you register, deposit or play on Dukat.bet, the data created there is handled by Dukat.bet under its own notice. We have no access to that data, and Dukat.bet receives no personal data about you from us.
Technical data created while you read
When you open a page, your browser sends the server the data it needs to work: IP address, time, the address of the requested page, browser and operating system type, and the page you came from. These are recorded in the server log.
We use the log to keep the site running securely, to track down errors and to filter out abuse (such as automated overloading). We do not combine it with data from other sources and do not try to identify individuals from it.
Audience measurement with Google Analytics 4
We use Google Analytics 4 to measure site traffic in aggregate. It relies on cookies and similar technology and records data such as pages viewed, visit length, device type and approximate country. We see aggregated reports, not individual people.
The aim is to see which explanations are useful and which need rewriting. Optional cookies run only with your consent; to take it back, clear or block them in your browser. Google’s own privacy notice describes its processing in detail.
If you email us
If you write to info@ducatbet.win, we receive your email address, your name (if you give it) and the content of your message. We use these solely to answer your enquiry and keep track of the related correspondence. We send no newsletters and do not pass your address to third parties for advertising.
Please do not send us documents, card details or your player account login details. The contact page says the same.

Once data is no longer needed for its purpose, we delete or anonymise it.
Your rights under the GDPR
You may ask us to tell you what data we hold about you, to correct or erase it, to restrict its processing, or to hand it over in a machine-readable format. You can object to processing based on legitimate interest, and you can withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Send your request to info@ducatbet.win. Before replying, we may need to confirm that the data in question really is yours.
Where you can complain
Our seat is in Bratislava, so oversight lies with Slovakia’s Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky. A complaint can also go to the data protection regulator where you live; under the GDPR it will coordinate with the Slovak office. If possible, please write to us first so that we can settle the matter directly.
