Where the list comes from and how current it is
The source is the ‘General Bonus Terms and Conditions’ section of the official Dukat.bet bonus page (as of 8 October 2026). The official text numbers the points from 2.1 to 2.15; we merged 2.14 and 2.15, which both cover game contribution, into one row, which gives 14 rules.
The operator can change these rules, so reread the text on the official page before you decide. They are also general rules. Point 2.4 states that every bonus has its own terms, and many general values only apply when the offer does not ‘state otherwise’. The offer’s own wording always comes first – the general list is the background that fills the gaps where the offer is silent.
All 14 rules in one table
| # | Rule | What it means | Practical tip |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2.1 | Eligibility | One bonus per person, and the same applies to immediate family, home address, email, IP address, phone number, account and card number, e-wallet and device | In a shared household or on a shared device, only one person should claim a bonus |
| 2.2 | Country restrictions | Bonuses are open to everyone except where a country restriction applies | Check the offer text to see whether your country is excluded |
| 2.3 | Abuse | In case of abuse the bonus can be refused and winnings cancelled, during and after wagering | Don’t hunt for loopholes – the risk covers all your winnings |
| 2.4 | Own terms | Each bonus has its own minimum deposit, maximum amount, multiplier, maximum bet and deadline | Write these five figures down before activating |
| 2.5 | No-deposit free spins | At most 50 EUR (USD) or 75 AUD/CAD/NZD can be paid out | Don’t plan around a balance above the cap |
| 2.6 | Withdrawal | Full account verification and one minimum deposit are required | Get verified before you start winning |
| 2.7 | Maximum bet | During wagering, typically 5 EUR/USD (7.5 AUD/CAD/NZD), including gamble and bonus buy | Fix your stake and switch off the gamble feature |
| 2.8 | Winnings | Bonus winnings can only be withdrawn after full wagering | While the condition runs, the balance isn’t yours yet |
| 2.9 | Validity | Typically 14 days from crediting; after that the bonus and winnings are lost | Work out your daily pace in advance |
| 2.10 | Opting out | You can withdraw your deposit before wagering is done; the bonus and winnings are then forfeited | An emergency exit if you change your mind |
| 2.11 | One active bonus | Only one bonus can be active at a time; deposit bonuses cannot be combined | Decide the order before you deposit |
| 2.12 | Declining | Any bonus can be declined | If you don’t want it, don’t activate it |
| 2.13 | Play conduct | Delaying free spins and bonus features, or depositing while a feature is active, is not allowed | Finish the round you started |
| 2.14–2.15 | Game contribution | Slots typically 100%, table games, roulette and video poker 0%, live games don’t count; there is a long exception list to the 100% | Look up your chosen slot on the exception list |
The table is a summary: the official text is binding, and where the offer says something different, the offer wins.
Who can get a bonus: points 2.1–2.3
The first three points are about you, not the games. Point 2.1 is unusually broad: ‘per person’ covers not only you but your immediate family, your address and every identifier the casino could use to link two accounts – IP address, phone number, bank card, e-wallet, even the computer or phone you use. If your partner or parents have already had a bonus from the same address or device, yours can be refused under the letter of the rule.
Point 2.2 covers geography: the bonus is open to everyone by default, except where the offer marks a country restriction. Point 2.3 hands the casino its sanction: if abuse is suspected, the bonus can be refused and winnings cancelled, even after wagering has finished. That is why eligibility is worth clearing up before you deposit, not at withdrawal.
The three points that contain an actual number
Only three of the 14 rules include a specific value, and all three are defaults that an offer can override:
- 50 EUR (2.5) – the maximum that can be paid out from no-deposit free spins. More on that on our free spins page.
- 5 EUR (2.7) – the maximum bet during wagering. It includes the post-spin gamble, a purchased bonus round and similar features. This is where most winnings slip away; we go deeper on the max bet rule page.
- 14 days (2.9) – the default validity from crediting. If wagering isn’t complete by then, the bonus and the winnings tied to it are lost. We show how to work out a daily pace on the validity page.
Each of the three numbers comes with ‘unless stated otherwise’. If your offer gives a different stake cap or deadline, that is the one that counts.
Getting out and choosing the order: 2.10, 2.11 and 2.12
Three points cover how you can say no, and what happens once you have started. Point 2.12 is the simplest: you can decline any bonus. Point 2.10 is the emergency exit halfway through: you may withdraw your deposit before finishing the playthrough, at the cost of the bonus and its winnings – only your own remaining money comes back.
Point 2.11 sets the order: only one bonus can be active at a time, and deposit bonuses don’t stack. If two offers appeal to you, decide in advance which goes first. We work through the case for playing without a bonus on a separate page.
Games and conduct: 2.13–2.15
Point 2.13 forbids deliberately holding back free spins or a bonus feature until wagering is complete, and making a new deposit while a game feature is active. Under points 2.14–2.15, live dealer games don’t count towards wagering, and there is a long exception list to the 100% slot rule – scratch cards, pull tabs, some video poker and lottery-style titles. We don’t copy the list here because it can change; read it on the official page.
This has one important consequence for the offer built around live tables: there you need to check in that specific offer’s terms how live play counts. We have gathered the details on the game contribution page.
What the 14 points leave out
The general rules settle a lot, but several key figures are missing from them. Check these in the terms of the specific offer:
- the playthrough multiplier and its base (bonus only, or bonus plus deposit);
- the maximum cashout on deposit offers;
- the minimum deposit and the maximum bonus amount;
- the basis and period used to calculate cashback;
- how instant and crash games count – the general rules say nothing about them.
If any of these is missing from the offer text, ask support in writing and keep the reply.
